Ingrédients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 medium carrot, shredded
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup crispy rice noodles
- 1 head head of butter lettuce, separated into leaves
- 1 lime, lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the chicken slices to the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Stir in the soy sauce, fish sauce, sriracha, and sugar, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Add the red bell pepper and carrot, sauté for another 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the cilantro and green onions.
- To assemble, take a butter lettuce leaf and fill it with the chicken mixture.
- Top with crispy rice noodles and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
