Ingrédients
  

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup crispy rice noodles
  • 1 head head of butter lettuce, separated into leaves
  • 1 lime, lime, cut into wedges

Instructions
 

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the chicken slices to the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes or until fully cooked.
  • Stir in the soy sauce, fish sauce, sriracha, and sugar, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Add the red bell pepper and carrot, sauté for another 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the cilantro and green onions.
  • To assemble, take a butter lettuce leaf and fill it with the chicken mixture.
  • Top with crispy rice noodles and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
