Ingrédients
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the tahini, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Add the ground turmeric, ground cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, and whisk to combine.
- Gradually whisk in the water until the dressing reaches your desired consistency. If you prefer a thinner dressing, add more water, one tablespoon at a time.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
- Pour the dressing into a jar or container with a lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
