Ingrédients
- 2 medium beetroot, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup cashews, soaked overnight
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Drain the soaked cashews and rinse them.
