- 1 1/2 1/2 cups pecan halves
- 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/3 cup coconut cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a food processor, combine the gluten-free all-purpose flour, almond flour, coconut sugar, and salt. Pulse to mix.
- Add the melted coconut oil and blend until the mixture resembles fine crumbs and begins to come together.
- Press the dough evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch tart pans.

- Allow the tart to cool completely before slicing and serving.
