Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5-7 minutes until foamy.
- Add melted butter, eggs, flour, and salt to the yeast mixture. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon together for the filling.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a 16x21 inch rectangle. Spread softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle evenly with the brown sugar-cinnamon mixture.
- Starting from the long edge, roll up the dough tightly and cut into 12 rolls. Place rolls in a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
