The Quick Tiramisu Cups are an elegant and speedy version of the classic Italian dessert. Each layer of mascarpone cheese and coffee-soaked ladyfingers is perfectly complemented with a dusting of cocoa powder and grated dark chocolate, creating a beautiful and delicious treat.
Ingrédients
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 12 ladyfinger ladyfinger cookies
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate, grated
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
- Dip each ladyfinger cookie into the cooled coffee, ensuring they are well soaked but not falling apart.
- Layer the soaked ladyfingers at the bottom of small serving cups or glasses.
- Add a layer of the mascarpone mixture on top of the ladyfingers.
- Repeat the layers until the cups are filled, finishing with a layer of mascarpone mixture.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder and sprinkle grated dark chocolate over each cup.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
