Ingrédients
- 2 large ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until well blended.
- Add in the oats, chocolate chips, walnuts, cinnamon, and salt, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening them slightly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
