- 4 large chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms

- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In the same skillet, add butter and let it melt. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
