- 4 pork pork chops, 1-inch thick
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
- 1 medium red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar substitute
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
