Ingrédients
- 1 pound cauliflower gnocchi
- 2 cups fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Cook the cauliflower gnocchi according to package instructions, then set aside.
