Ingrédients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing just until incorporated.
- Fold in the rolled oats and chopped dried fruits until evenly distributed.
- Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown, but the centers are still slightly soft.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
