Ingrédients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red grapes, halved
- 1/4 cup almonds, sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 mini mini slider buns
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the shredded chicken, chopped celery, halved grapes, sliced almonds, and fresh dill to the bowl.
- Stir all ingredients together until well combined.
- Chill the chicken salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Spoon the chicken salad mixture onto the bottom halves of the mini slider buns.
- Top with the other halves of the buns and serve immediately or keep chilled until ready to serve.
