Banana Nut Muffins - Vegetarian
These Golden Banana Nut Muffins are a delightful combination of sweet, ripe bananas and the nutty crunch of walnuts, all baked into a tender, moist muffin. Perfect for any time of day, they make an excellent breakfast option, a midday snack, or a sweet dessert to satisfy your cravings.
Ingrédients
- 3 large ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of of salt
- 1 1/2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas.
- Mix in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
- Sprinkle the baking soda and a pinch of salt over the mixture and stir to combine.
- Gently fold in the flour until just incorporated.
- Stir in the chopped walnuts.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each liner about 3/4 full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
- Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
