Ingrédients
- 2 large bell peppers (any color)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1 baguette, baguette, sliced into rounds
- 1 tablespoon olive oil for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the bell peppers with olive oil and place them directly on the grill.
- Grill the peppers, turning occasionally, until the skins are blackened and charred, about 10 minutes.
- Place the grilled peppers in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let them steam for 10 minutes.
- Peel and seed the peppers, then slice them into thin strips.
