Grilled Shrimp and Pineapple Skewers with Teriyaki Glaze - Low Fat

Ingrédients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Bamboo skewers, skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade, tossing to coat. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated shrimp and pineapple chunks onto the soaked bamboo skewers, alternating between shrimp and pineapple.
- Grill the skewers for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
- Serve the skewers hot with extra teriyaki sauce on the side if desired.
