Ingrédients
- 12 mini mini sweet peppers
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the mini sweet peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- Place the pepper halves on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Roast for 10 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, dill, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Remove the peppers from the oven and allow them to cool slightly.
- Spoon the Greek yogurt mixture into the pepper halves.
- Serve immediately or chill for 15 minutes before serving.
