Ingrédients
- 2 large ripe avocados
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Carefully scoop out some of the avocado flesh to create a small bowl, leaving a thick border all around.
