Ingrédients
- 4 large artichokes
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 lemons, lemons, juiced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the artichokes by trimming the stems and removing the tough outer leaves. Cut the tops off and halve them lengthwise.
- In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the artichokes with the lemon garlic mixture and place them in a baking dish, cut side down.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the artichokes are tender and slightly crispy on the edges.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
