Ingrédients
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup granola
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 mint mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the berries with 1 tablespoon of honey.
- In another bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, remaining honey, and vanilla extract.
- Layer half of the berry mixture at the bottom of the serving glass.
- Top with half the yogurt mixture.
- Sprinkle a layer of granola and shredded coconut.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining berries, yogurt, granola, and coconut.
- Sprinkle chia seeds on top and garnish with mint leaves.
