Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan with a bit of coconut oil or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, melted coconut oil, almond milk, vanilla extract, and coconut sugar. Mix well until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Fold in the vegan chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
