Mango Passion Fruit Popsicles - Vegan
Experience a burst of tropical flavors with our Mango Passion Fruit Popsicles. These delightful frozen treats bring together the sweetness of mango, the tartness of passion fruit, and a hint of coconut water, offering an exotic and refreshing indulgence perfect for hot summer days.
Ingrédients
- 2 cups mango, chopped
- 1 cup passion fruit pulp
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the chopped mango, passion fruit pulp, coconut water, honey, and lime juice.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and well-incorporated.
- Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top of each mold.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
- To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Serve immediately and enjoy!
