Ingrédients

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and well incorporated.
- Gently fold in the diced apricots, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's directions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
