Ingrédients
- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons red chili flakes
- 6 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/3 cup chopped roasted peanuts
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and red chili flakes. Set the spicy dressing aside.
- Season the beef slices with salt and pepper. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat. Cook the beef in batches, for about 2 minutes on each side, until they are just cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
- In a large salad bowl, combine mixed salad greens, mint leaves, cilantro leaves, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.
- Add the cooked beef slices to the salad bowl. Drizzle the spicy dressing over the salad and toss well to combine.
- Sprinkle chopped roasted peanuts on top before serving.
