  • 6 cups mixed salad greens

Instructions

  • Season the beef slices with salt and pepper. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat. Cook the beef in batches, for about 2 minutes on each side, until they are just cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
  • In a large salad bowl, combine mixed salad greens, mint leaves, cilantro leaves, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.
  • Add the cooked beef slices to the salad bowl. Drizzle the spicy dressing over the salad and toss well to combine.
  • Sprinkle chopped roasted peanuts on top before serving.
