Ingrédients
- 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1 red red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Juice of of 1 lime
- 8 small small tortillas
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced flank steak with garlic, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the beef with the spices.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil.
- Add the sliced bell peppers and onion, cooking and stirring until they are tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet, stirring to combine with the peppers and onion. Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture and stir well.
- Warm the tortillas according to package instructions.
- Serve the beef and pepper mixture with warm tortillas and enjoy.
