Ingrédients
- 1 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup cooked beets, chopped
- 1 medium banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Place the mixed berries, chopped beets, banana, almond milk, chia seeds, and Greek yogurt into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add honey or maple syrup if desired for extra sweetness.
