Ingrédients
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 kiwis, kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes, cubes, for serving
- Strawberries and and kiwi slices, for garnish
- Lemon slices, slices, for garnish
- Mint leaves, leaves, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, add the strawberries, kiwis, lemon juice, and honey or agave syrup.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove any pulp and seeds.
- Add the cold water to the pitcher and stir well to combine.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or agave syrup.
- Refrigerate the lemonade for at least 1 hour to chill and allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve the lemonade over ice cubes in glasses.
