Instructions

  • Add the caramelized shallots to the bowl along with the roasted garlic, sour cream, cream cheese, thyme leaves, salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar.
  • Mix until well combined and smooth. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
  • Transfer the spread to a serving dish and garnish with finely chopped chives. Serve with toasted baguette slices or crackers.
