Ingrédients
- 2 large ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup diced mango
- 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 medium jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brush the flour tortillas with olive oil and sprinkle with chili powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- Cut the tortillas into wedges and arrange them in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until crispy and golden. Set aside to cool.
- In a medium bowl, mash the avocados until smooth.
- Add the diced mango, black beans, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, sea salt, and ground cumin to the bowl. Stir until well combined.
