Ingrédients
- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup assorted fresh vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, cucumber, cherry tomatoes)
Instructions
