Ingrédients
- 200g blanched blanched almonds
- 150g granulated granulated sugar
- 50g powdered powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 large egg whites
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the blanched almonds in a food processor and pulse until finely ground.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground almonds, granulated sugar, powdered sugar, salt, and orange zest.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks.
