Ingrédients
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch pinch sea salt
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil over low heat.
- Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the cocoa powder, powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, and sea salt until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, soften the peanut butter in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds to make it easier to swirl.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into silicone molds, filling each cavity halfway.
- Add a small dollop of peanut butter to the center of each mold and use a toothpick to gently swirl it into the chocolate.
- Place the molds in the freezer for about 1 hour or until the fat bombs are completely set.
- Once set, remove the fat bombs from the molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to serve.
