- 1 1/2 1/2 cups almond flour

- 2 large avocados, ripe
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup erythritol
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan with butter.
- Combine the almond flour and melted butter in a bowl, then press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove from oven and let cool.
- In a food processor, blend the avocados until smooth. Add the cream cheese, erythritol, lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla extract; blend until creamy and smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the avocado mixture until fully combined.
