  • 1/4 cup lime juice

  • In a large bowl, combine coconut flour, almond flour, coconut oil, honey, lime juice, lime zest, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well blended.
  • Press the dough into the prepared muffin tin or tart panss, forming an even crust.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Allow the tarts to cool completely before removing from the pan.
  • To make the mango coulis, combine diced mango, sugar, and lemon juice in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
