Coconut Lime Tarts with Mango Coulis - Gluten Free

In a large bowl, combine coconut flour, almond flour, coconut oil, honey, lime juice, lime zest, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well blended.
Press the dough into the prepared muffin tin or tart panss, forming an even crust.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Allow the tarts to cool completely before removing from the pan.
To make the mango coulis, combine diced mango, sugar, and lemon juice in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
