Ingrédients
- 4 ounces ounces dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons salted butter caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease four ramekins with butter and set aside.
- Melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter in a double boiler or in the microwave in short bursts, stirring frequently, until smooth.
- Stir in the powdered sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs and egg yolks to the mixture, whisking until smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in the flour until the batter is smooth and no lumps remain.
- Spoon half of the batter into the prepared ramekins. Place a tablespoon of salted butter caramel sauce in the center of each ramekin, then top with the remaining batter.
