Chocolate Avocado Banana Bread - Low Sugar

Ingrédients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup ripe avocado, mashed
- 3 ripe ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder.
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed avocado, bananas, coconut oil, eggs, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
