Ingrédients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 cup cherry jam
- 1/2 cup fresh cherries, pitted and halved
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and salt.
- Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add the egg and almond extract; mix until the dough comes together. Form the dough into a disk, wrap it in plastic, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the chilled dough on a lightly floured surface and fit it into a tart pan. Trim any excess dough.
- Spread the cherry jam evenly over the bottom of the tart shell.
- Arrange the fresh cherries on top of the jam.
- Sprinkle with sliced almonds.
- Drizzle with honey.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the crust is golden and the filling is bubbly.
