- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 1/2 1/2 cups orange juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons orange zest
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a separate large mixing bowl, combine the sugar, honey, orange juice, olive oil, orange zest, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
