  • Juice of of 1 lime
  • 8 small small tortillas

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced flank steak with garlic, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the beef with the spices.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the seasoned beef to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Add the sliced bell peppers and onion, cooking and stirring until they are tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
  • Return the cooked beef to the skillet, stirring to combine with the peppers and onion. Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture and stir well.
  • Warm the tortillas according to package instructions.
