Ingrédients
- 1 cup almond butter
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of of sea salt
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
Instructions
- Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil over low heat.
- Add the almond butter and stir until fully combined and smooth.
- Remove from heat and mix in the cocoa powder, erythritol, vanilla extract, and sea salt until well incorporated.
- Pour a spoonful of the mixture into each muffin liner, filling each about halfway.
- Sprinkle sliced almonds on top of each filled liner.
- Place the muffin tin in the freezer for about 30 minutes or until the cups are set.
- Once set, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
