Black Bean Brownie Bites - Vegan

Ingrédients
- 1 cup cooked black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin pan or line it with paper liners.
- In a food processor, blend the black beans and almond butter until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, oat flour, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt to the bean mixture, and process until completely combined.
- Stir in the chopped walnuts if using, then scoop the batter evenly into the prepared muffin pan.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the tops are firm and the edges start to pull away from the sides of the pan.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
