Ingrédients
- 300 gram fresh salmon fillet, skinless and boneless, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 medium avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon capers, drained
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lime zest
- Mixed greens greens for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the fresh salmon, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, lime juice, chives, and Dijon mustard. Mix well to coat the salmon.
- Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste, then gently fold in the avocado, red onion, capers, lemon zest, and lime zest.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- To serve, arrange a bed of mixed greens on each plate and top with a generous spoonful of salmon tartare.
- Garnish with additional chives and a sprinkle of lemon zest if desired. Serve immediately.
