Grilled Mango Pineapple Salsa - Vegan

Ingrédients
- 2 large mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1 large pineapple, peeled, cored, and diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 jalapeño, jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the mango and pineapple slices with olive oil.
- Place the fruit directly on the grill grates. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side until charred and caramelized.
- Remove the grilled fruit from the grill and let it cool slightly. Once cool, dice the fruit into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the diced mango, pineapple, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, pepper, and jalapeño. Mix well.
- Serve immediately with your favorite chips or as a topping for grilled fish or chicken.
