Ingrédients
- 2 large cucumbers
- 8 ounces ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Wash and dry the cucumbers. Cut them into 1/2-inch thick slices.
- In a medium bowl, mix the crumbled feta cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, fresh dill, fresh mint, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
