Ingrédients
- 1 large cucumber
- 8 ounces ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 20 cherry cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Slice the cucumber into 1/4-inch thick rounds and place them on a serving platter.
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped dill, chopped chives, lemon zest, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Using a piping bag or a small spoon, dollop a small amount of the cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber slice.
- Top each cream cheese mound with half a cherry tomato.
- Drizzle the bites with a small amount of olive oil before serving.
