Crispy Baked Parmesan Zucchini Fries - Vegetarian
Golden Parmesan Zucchini Fingers are a delightful twist on classic fries, delivering a satisfying crunch without guilt. Coated with a mix of Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs, these zucchini sticks are baked to perfection, making them both delicious and healthier than traditional fried snacks.
Ingrédients
- 3 medium zucchinis
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup flour

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat it with cooking spray.
- Cut the zucchinis into 3-inch long sticks.
- In one bowl, combine the flour, salt, and black pepper. In a second bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Coat each zucchini stick in the flour mixture, then dip them in the beaten eggs, and finally coat them with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated zucchini sticks on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the zucchini fries are golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
