  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the falafel balls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 5 minutes per side.
  • For the Tahini Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, water, garlic, and salt until smooth and creamy.
