Ingrédients
- 2 large leeks, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme, dried
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard, Dijon
- 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1 pre-made pre-made tart crust
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium-low heat. Add the sliced leeks, salt, pepper, and thyme. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the leeks are soft and caramelized, about 15 minutes.
- Add the white wine to the skillet, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the wine is mostly evaporated. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, sour cream, eggs, and Dijon mustard until well combined.
- Layer the caramelized leeks evenly over the bottom of the tart crust. Pour the cream mixture over the leeks.
- Arrange the slices of brie cheese on top of the tart.
- Bake the tart in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the filling is set and the top is golden brown.
- Let the tart cool slightly before slicing and serving.
