Maple Glazed Salmon - High Protein
The Maple Glazed Salmon combines succulent salmon fillets with a sweet and savory glaze made from pure maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, and Dijon mustard. Each fillet is baked to perfection, resulting in a dish that's both visually appealing and mouth-wateringly delicious.
Ingrédients
- 4 6-ounce 6-ounce salmon fillets
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
- 1 large lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly brush with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each fillet generously with the maple syrup mixture.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and has a nice glaze on top.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
